Richard Pineda brings substantial experience to CALIBRE and a commitment to serve in the interests of the company’s clients and employee-owners. We have selected a proven leader to be our new President & CEO. Joe Martore said, “CALIBRE’s strength has always been its people. We are confident that he is the dynamic leader who will guide us successfully into the future,” said Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Joseph Reynolds. His depth of knowledge and vast management experience will be an invaluable asset to the company. Looking forward, Richard Pineda is a highly effective manager and leader. Pineda, who was named President in November 2018, succeeds Joe Martore, who will retire on after 15 years with the company. Pineda has been promoted to President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
